All orders over £500 are delivered Free of Charge to UK mainland addresses with the exception of Grampion and Highland regions of Scotland where a £54 charge applies. For all UK offshore islands, please contact us on 024 7667 1600 for a quote. A small charge of £9.95 applies to orders below £500.

Please note that the guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, meaning dents and scratches or normal deterioration that is received by regular use. The hue of natural timber will mellow over time. Hairline cracks are likely to become apparent over time at the joints of colour painted chairs; they can be easily re-painted using the paint we offer for sale.
